Carnegie Hall Concert Benefiting Japan - April 26, 2011
At the New York International Music Festival!

World Projects is donating the ticket proceeds from our New York International Music Festival to ShelterBox USA as a way to assist in the relief efforts in Japan.

Kasukabe Kyoei Wind Ensemble

We are honoring one of our showcase performers from Japan, Kasukabe Kyoei Wind Ensemble.

After the earthquake, the group thought they would have to cancel their tour to New York because of school closings, damage to family residences, limited power and limited rehearsal time. But realizing that the trip would have a positive effect on the students, and the community that supports them, they decided to travel as scheduled. Full Article

Group Travel Videos selects one of our group's photos as the March winner.
