The 2013 Rainbow Invitational
Marching Band Festival is set to take
place the week before Veteran’s Day in beautiful
Hawaii. During the event, your marching
band will have opportunities for an outdoor
performance, masterclasses with festival faculty
at the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus, and
a field show performance at the 33rd Annual
Rainbow Invitational Marching Band

The Nanjing World Youth Olympics By

“The Youth Olympic Games (YOG)
is proposed as an international multi-sport event
held every four years. Young athletes will
participate in high-level sporting competitions
while also engaging in a Culture and Education
Programme (CEP) focused on the Olympic spirit and
Olympic values.”
Dates for the games are set for
August 16-28, 2014. Tours and performances in
Nanjing, Shanghai, and/or Beijing will be
available through World Projects for marching
bands with dates from August 8 to August 21, 2014.
