“What we experienced in Amsterdam this past year was a truly life-changing experience. It’s difficult to express in words what this performance was like. Each time I think about it I see vivid pictures in my mind of the Concertgebouw itself, but closest to my heart is seeing the eyes of all of our student performers and my esteemed colleagues in that space. I’ve been blessed with a number of performing highlights in my career, but this one will stand out forever as a moment that had a deep and immeasurable impact on my soul.”
